How to Evaluate AI Motion Graphics Quality Before Publishing
A good first frame does not prove that a video communicates well. Evaluate whether the message stays accurate, remains readable in motion and survives a specific revision. Use one representative screenshot and a short, measurable brief. The result should answer a publishing decision: can this version be released, does it need a bounded correction, or does an error block publication?
Use examples to choose a relevant test
Choose a gallery example resembling your material. Abstract shapes say little about a dense dashboard. Watch the playable clip once without pausing, then inspect details. Record observations such as “the headline stays readable during entry,” rather than “professional.” Examples help choose a direction; they cannot establish the outcome for every image or prompt.
Use one repeatable brief
For this hypothetical test, prepare an approved demonstration dashboard containing “Launch checklist,” “68%” and “View tasks.” Select 15 seconds and 16:9 in Motion AI Video before generating. Reuse the same source and brief, changing only the variable you want to investigate.
Create a 15-second product announcement. Open with “A clearer view of every launch.” Introduce the supplied screenshot and emphasize the progress card showing “68%.” Preserve its text, numbers, colors and layout. Use one gentle entrance and a restrained highlight. End with “Plan your next launch.” Keep the interface readable and allow a quiet hold before the closing message. Do not add product features.
1. Exact text
Compare every required phrase and number with the source, including punctuation and capitalization. “68%” becoming “86%” blocks publication even if the animation looks polished. Pause during movement to inspect clipping and overlaps, then play normally. Being able to read a paused frame does not prove that viewers have enough reading time.
2. Screenshot fidelity
Place the source beside a representative frame. Check navigation, card positions, labels, logo and relevant values. A highlight may surround a card, but must not hide a number or make an inactive control appear selected. If the brief requests the original image, a broadly similar reconstruction is not an acceptable substitute.
3. Timing and attention
Watch without stopping and describe the sequence: headline, product, evidence, next step. Each motion should introduce, emphasize or connect information. If everything moves simultaneously, reduce competition. Leave a quiet interval after an emphasis. For rushed copy, shorten the wording or redistribute the existing duration; duration and aspect ratio remain fixed after creation.
4. Selective revision
Include a small chat revision in the evaluation, then compare versions using history. Check the requested change first and every preserved element afterward. A successful edit resolves the issue without creating another one. Record the corrections needed instead of judging only the first output. Preservation instructions are constraints to verify, not precise local locks.
Change only “Plan your next launch” to “See your launch clearly.” Keep its style and position. Preserve the screenshot, opening headline, scene order, colors and all other timing.
5. Final-output quality
Export and inspect the actual file separately from the preview. Motion AI Video exports browser-generated 1080p, 30 fps H.264 MP4 with AAC audio when audio is included; the browser must support the required codecs. Watch the opening, transitions and final frame in the intended player. Check cropping, small-screen readability, sound levels and narration timing if used. Export does not consume credits.
Keep a practical acceptance sheet
Mark each row as pass, revise or blocking issue, with one concrete observation for failures. Decide essential requirements before reviewing. An incorrect product value may block publication; an energetic entrance may only need a style adjustment. Recheck failed rows and any details affected by the correction.
| Requirement | Pass criterion |
|---|---|
| Message accuracy | Every required phrase and number matches the brief. |
| Interface fidelity | Required screenshot details retain their appearance and relationships. |
| Readability | Text can be read at normal speed and the intended viewing size. |
| Motion and pacing | Attention follows the planned sequence without competing movement. |
| Revision control | The requested change appears and preserved elements remain acceptable. |
| Delivery | The exported MP4 plays correctly and meets the destination’s requirements. |
